REGISTRATION COSTS: We are not offering single-day registration options this year. Otherwise, the prices are the same as last year: $350/ANROSP member and $450/non-member. 

LODGING:  The primary conference hotel is the Embassy Suites by Hilton Destin Miramar Beach, 570 Scenic Gulf Drive, Destin, FL 32550. Rooms have been blocked at a special conference rate of $169/night (2-room suites: 1 King or 2 Queens) until SEPTEMBER 15TH, 2025, after this date, rates and availability cannot be guaranteed. FLIGHT INFO:  The Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) is the nearest airport (~25 minute drive) to the conference hotel and meeting venue. The Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is a bit further away (~45 minute drive) from the Embassy Suites. Parking at the hotel is FREE. 

TRANSPORTATION: Our host hotel/conference center does not offer direct shuttles with local airports. Rentals, carpools, and rideshares are encouraged! Transportation to/from field activities will be provided by UF/IFAS and is included in registration cost. 

CALL FOR PRESENTATIONS & POSTERS: Please consider submitting a proposal to present a conference session or poster. All submissions can be made through the Call for Presentations Google Form linked here.

SCHOLARSHIPS: The Conference Scholarship Application Form is linked here.  Applications must be submitted by AUGUST 25th.
