CALL FOR POSTERS
Please consider submitting a proposal to present a poster at our “Program Marketplace” poster session. This is a great opportunity to talk one-on-one with colleagues about your work.
Poster proposals are due by August 15, 2023. Participants will be notified of acceptance approximately August 29, 2023.
All submissions can be made through the Call for Presentations google form on the conference page.
The conference will take place at the Sheraton at Station Square in Pittsburgh, PA. Rooms have been blocked at a special conference rate of $189/night (single/double) until AUGUST 17, 2023.
NOTE: The above rates are offered, on a space-available basis, to attendees 2 days prior and one day after the conference. Call 1(412) 261-2000 and indicate ANROSP for more information or to make special arrangements.
The Pittsburgh International Airport is the nearest airport to the conference hotel, about 19 miles or a 25-30 minute Lyft/Uber ride or zTrip (taxi).
Pittsburgh Regional Transit operates a bus from Pittsburgh International Airport Lower Level to Liberty Ave + Gateway #4 every 30 minutes. Tickets cost $3 and the trip takes about 38 min. From the bus stop to the hotel, it is about an additional 5-minute walk down the road.
The “T” is Pittsburgh's subway system! You can take it from the airport to downtown, then you will have to take a different T from downtown over to Station Square. The T stop and bus station are right next to each other so it will be an additional 5-minute walk from the Station Square T station to the hotel.
Pittsburgh Airport Transportation Flyer
Transportation for field trips is included with registration.
On-site hotel parking is $30 daily. Guests can bring their parking ticket in with them at check in to have it re-programed with in and out privileges, and have the charge placed on their guestroom bill.
