A Master Naturalist training program built on examples in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Delaware's own Ashland Nature Center

University of Delaware; Delaware Nature Society; State of Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection (DNREC)

Curriculum (general objectives and topics, types of instructors, and planned time frame)

Botany; entomology; taxonomy; marine biology; forest and watershed ecology; geology; environmental humanities;

Describe the service component of your program

Invasive species removals; native tree reforestation; pollinator habitat construction and renewal; watershed restoration; K-12 environmental education.
